Launching December 2025, the FOCCUS® Trainer Formation Program equips dioceses, 45 archdioceses, and large parishes to form their own certified Trainers who can train and certify FOCCUS® Facilitators locally using official FOCCUS® materials and methods.
This groundbreaking initiative allows ministries to expand marriage preparation and enrichment programs efficiently while maintaining the same theological integrity, pastoral care, and research-based foundation that define FOCCUS®.
Through the Trainer Formation Program, your diocese or parish will:
- Gain full access to the official FOCCUS® Trainer Curriculum, including facilitator training modules, PowerPoint decks, videos, case studies, and evaluation rubrics.
- Participate in a hybrid formation model — combining Zoom instruction, ondemand resources, and mentored practicum sessions with FOCCUS® Master Trainers.
