FOCCUS, Inc. USA (“FOCCUS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy. By using our Sites, you acknowledge and consent to our collection, use and sharing of your information in accordance with this notice.
The Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly or indirectly to us to further our legitimate interests. FOCCUS is the controller of this information.
Accountholders
To register for an account, we may collect:
- Contact information, including your name, email, mailing address and phone number.
- Billing information, including mailing address, credit card number, expiration date and CVV2 code.
- Demographic information and profile data, including your username and password.
- Transaction information, including details about your purchases.
Site Users
We collect content you submit, such as posts and comments. We also automatically collect:
- Usage Information: Statistics and information about the online activities of our users on an aggregated basis.

Administrators / Facilitators / Trainers
Individuals utilizing the FOCCUS Pre-Marriage or REFOCCUS Marriage Enrichment Inventories may need to register an account and provide contact information.
Respondents
Respondents provide contact information, profile data, and billing information. In connection with the Inventories, respondents provide data such as sex, age, income, race and demographic information.
The Information We Collect From Third Parties
We may receive information from third-party websites or social media. This Privacy Notice does not apply to information collected through or by any third party.
The Way We Use Information
We use your information to provide products, maintain our Sites, respond to requests, and protect the rights and property of FOCCUS.
- Administrators/Facilitators/Trainers: With your consent, we may disclose your name in the FIND A FACILITATOR public search area.
- Respondents: We use your email provided by your facilitator to send account log-in information to access the Inventory.
Third-Party Analytics Services
The Sites may use Google Analytics to help collect and analyze information. You may opt out of the use of cookies by Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How You Can Access or Correct Your Information
Accountholders can access and update their information by logging into their account. Respondents may correct information by contacting their facilitator or support at 877.883.5422 or foccus@foccusinc.com.
Our Commitment to Data Security
We protect data through encrypted passwords and use transport layer security (TLS) for sensitive information like credit card numbers. While we take measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
EU Individual Rights
