A New Website for a New Chapter of FOCCUS® Marriage Ministries
Today we’re excited to welcome you to the new FOCCUS® website—and we’re grateful you’re here.
This update isn’t simply a design refresh. It’s a reflection of what we’ve learned after more than four decades of serving couples and the Church: couples need support that is clear, accessible, faithful, and practical. Facilitators and clergy need tools that are easy to use and grounded in pastoral wisdom. Dioceses and parishes need a ministry partner that is reliable, consistent, and ready to serve a wide range of communities.
Our hope is that this new website becomes more than a place to “find information.” We want it to be a place you return to—because you find encouragement, formation, and resources that strengthen marriage preparation and enrichment in real life.
Why FOCCUS exists
FOCCUS® Marriage Ministries exists for one reason: to help couples build holy, happy, and healthy marriages through meaningful conversation and faith-filled formation.
We believe something simple, but powerful: When couples slow down, speak honestly, and listen with love—God can do beautiful work.
What you’ll find here
You’ll notice we’ve organized this site to better serve the people we support most often:
- Couples, who want clarity, encouragement, and guidance as they prepare for marriage or strengthen it.
- Facilitators, who give their time and hearts to accompany couples well.
- Clergy, who carry the weight of pastoral care and want tools that support their ministry.
- Parishes and dioceses, who need strong, consistent resources for marriage formation.
You’ll also find our growing Content Hub, where we’ll be adding weekly and monthly resources—so the site stays fresh and useful over time.
A personal word of gratitude
If you’ve used FOCCUS for years—thank you. You are part of a global community of clergy, facilitators, and ministry leaders who are quietly doing something heroic: helping couples begin marriage with truth, tenderness, and hope.

A simple invitation
As you explore the new site, here’s my invitation:
Don’t rush past the power of conversation.
We live in a world where couples are often overwhelmed by noise—busy schedules, endless distractions, heavy stress, and confusing messages about love and commitment. FOCCUS exists to help couples pause and ask:
- Who are we?
- What do we believe?
- How do we communicate?
- What do we need to grow?
- Where is God calling us?
Those are not “checklist” questions. They are formation questions. They are vocational questions. And for many couples, they are questions they have never been invited to discuss with care.

In the weeks ahead, you’ll see new content designed to support couples and those who serve them—articles, conversation starters, facilitator tips, and clergy supports.
Our goal is simple: to make the FOCCUS website a place that strengthens your ministry and encourages your heart.
