Sheila Simpson is the Executive Director of FOCCUS Marriage Ministries, a global organization dedicated to strengthening marriages through conversation-based tools used by thousands of couples worldwide.
Through her work, Sheila has identified consistent patterns in relationships—particularly how the absence of meaningful conversation impacts long-term connection and commitment.
She is an emerging national voice on relationship communication and is currently developing a book focused on the conversations that can strengthen—or save—a relationship.
