• Tokens: Certain purchases may require tokens. Purchased tokens expire two (2) years from the date of purchase unless redeemed earlier.

Return Policy

Please contact us at 877-883-5422 or foccusmgr@foccusinc.com before attempting to return any merchandise. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee if not returned within 15 days of receipt.

• Refunds: Products can be returned for a full refund (minus original shipping) within 30 days of receipt if they are unopened and suitable for resale.
• In-store Credit: Unopened products can be returned for in-store credit for 60 days past the date of purchase.
• Damaged/Defective Items: Damaged products can be returned for replacement within 30 days of purchase. In these cases, the Company will pay the return and replacement shipping fees.
